NSDCAR

The North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® is the largest trade association in North County, representing approximately 6,000 real estate industry professionals.  Our website is a dynamic place where you will find the tools, news and resources you need to succeed.

NSDCAR was founded in 1994 when several small boards of REALTORS® joined forces to better serve REALTORS® and real estate consumers in the rapidly growing areas of North San Diego County.

Today we are a full service professional trade association offering service centers in five locations along with a broad array of education, advocacy, professional development and industry communication to our members.

NSDCAR serves a wide geographical area from the sandy beaches of the Pacific Coast to the pine-topped mountains of the coastal range.  We monitor legislative and political activities that affect real estate in eight incorporated cities and the county of San Diego.  NSDCAR serves the needs of members operating in all diverse areas including urban, suburban, rural and agricultural communities.
